The full body stretching protocol utilizes a gentle stretch technique that your doctor will apply with a series of stretch and hold maneuvers to your major muscle groups one at a time. With the help of our doctors, a controlled and effective stretch is achieved through your tissues. This is performed to enhance flexibility, mobility and range of motion and to promote a comfortable muscle tone. Stretching is such a valuable tool and we believe it plays a large role in enhancing overall health.
Being passively stretched can be very beneficial in itself. You can also utilize this technique to condition your body and build your flexibility until you can more comfortably perform active stretches on your own. In addition to the full body stretching protocol, you can also choose either the “Upper body stretching protocol” or “Lower body stretching protocol” for a more focused treatment.
